Axle Pully Pad

On the left we can see cleft in the pad which was just few weeks old. Quality of Axle pully rubber pads should be such that it should last 9 months (IOH) or even more.(POH).
Can you guess the purpose of rubber pad?

Important Equipments in Electrical Coaching

Battery box packing ( wooden ) is not very reliable, nowadays FRP/Acid proof sheets and trays are coming.

Sensors in the RMPUs are vital. They should be regularly cleaned and calibrated.
